BAPTISM CLASSES via Zoom

• We do not schedule Baptisms during Lent & Advent. 

• If you want to baptize your child and your child is ill, or a surgery is needed, please contact the office directly to schedule an urgent baptism. (909) 985-2803

It is requested that you submit the requirements at least ONE MONTH before the baptism.

• Birth certificate for the child to be baptized

• Sponsorship letter for Godparents (one for each Godparent) – these forms need to be signed and sealed by their church. (All seals need to be visible.)

• Confirmation Certificate for each Godparent

• Marriage Certificate in the Catholic Church, if the Godparents are married. 

• If you are not a registered parishioner, an authorization letter from your Church, allowing you to baptize the your child at St. Anthony is required.

• Baptism Class certificates for parents and Godparents, if classes are taken in another Church.

•  All our baptismal classes are via zoom, it is a two-part class. While on zoom, everyone must be present on the cameras. You will not be allowed to sign in and turn the camera off. If someone does this, his/her attendance will not be valid, and their child will not be baptized until the parents/Godparents meet all the requirements.

 Please be advised that we will not guarantee a date for baptism until all required paperwork is submitted to the parish office. No exceptions.

 Our baptism classes are currently being taught via Zoom. Once you register, you will receive the Zoom meeting ID & Password.
