Dear Bridges to Home Ministry Friends:
God designed everything according to His will. Because we are made in His image and likeness, human beings are a significantly important part of His design. He gave distinctive thought to the design of His people. He designed people to be joined to each other and to interact in ways that fulfill each of us. He has a special purpose for each of us, and has entrusted us with specific talents, gifts, and abilities that equip us to carry out God's purpose for us. According to His plan, you can only learn some things from certain people. I learn from you and you learn from me. Missed opportunities to interact cause disruption in His plan and break connections that were supposed to result from that interaction. Our responsibility is to manage our gifts well, according to His design, and to value "chance" encounters with all those in our life path.
The ministry has been very busy these past few weeks, completing moves for 4 veterans and 3 delightful ladies who successfully completed the programs at Inland Valley Recovery Services. Anthony (10/23), Ed (10/29), Herbert (11/5/21), and Allen (11/11) are recipients of either appliances delivered or a full array of household items moved in by a ministry team. Please enjoy pictures from the moves for Anthony and for Brenda, Sarah, & Valerie by clicking on the arrow in the middle right side of the pictures.
As we take time to praise God for all of His blessings, we celebrate all who use the resources gifted by Our Lord to assist others in need. Grateful thanks to Mary O., Viad & Ben, Phil, Bob, Jewell, Barbara M., Deborah, Gary & Olga, Bob & Sue, Lyndsey, Miranda & Howard, Pam & Donna K. for answering prayer and
reaching out in compassion.
Please see the email for details on the next move. Stay well and stay safe!
May we be a channel of blessings for all we meet. Edgar Cayce
